Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods, and maintaining high standards of inventory control. You will play a key role in the supply chain process, ensuring that all vehicle parts and accessories are readily available and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing products.


• Ensure accurate inventory management and control.


• Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as necessary.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.


• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.


• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate efficient logistics and supply chain processes.


• Implement and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and best practices.


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: £26,800 per annum
