With WSG, your vehicle is protected across a wide range of components and the labour needed to repair or replace them. Our Platinum and Gold plans cover approximately 6,000 mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts—including many items that other warranties often exclude. The Silver plan focuses on key components, making it ideal for older or higher-mileage vehicles. Compare the plans above to see which option fits your car and needs best.
Our standard warranties only consider your vehicle’s age and mileage at the start of the policy. If your car exceeds these limits during your coverage period, there’s no need to worry—your warranty continues for the remainder of the term. The Platinum warranty is an exception: it includes wear & tear cover up to 100,000 miles. Once your vehicle passes this mileage, the wear & tear element ends, but all other cover remains fully in place.

To get a WSG car warranty, you’ll need to purchase a used car from one of our approved dealerships. You can contact us to find your nearest dealer. In most cases, your warranty plan can be upgraded or extended around the start date, and renewed as it approaches expiry.
In most cases, you can choose to use our approved repairer network or your own garage. We work directly with hundreds of garages across the UK, allowing us to settle claims directly with them. If you choose your own garage, please note: - We have a set labour rate, so any additional labour costs above this are your responsibility. - Your garage may ask you to pay upfront, and we’ll reimburse you once we receive the invoice and any required documents. For certain claims, your vehicle may need assessment by a specialist. We also work with garages that specialise in turbos, gearboxes, engines, drive lines, ECUs, and power steering, ensuring expert care for complex systems.
